Ten nights and double occupancy. Accommodations are nice, simple, and clean.

The workshop price is based on individuals sharing rooms. Roommates will be assigned for those traveling alone. One private room is available for a supplemental charge of $450.

AIRLINE SCHEDULE

To use group transportation in Italy, you MUST arrange your airline schedule to:

..• arrive Florence (FLR) by 1pm 9/21/12

..• depart Rome (FCO) after 10:45am 10/01/12

PASSPORT

A passport is required for travel to Italy. NOTE: your passport must be valid at the time of your return to the U.S.A.

REFUND
POLICY

The deadline for refunds is 60 days prior to the departure date. Refund request will be honored after this time only if replacement is made, either by the participant or Cara Phillips.
